Once it was one of the major sites which has yielded Harappan pottery. The mound is now levelled up for cultivation and have about 50 cm thick deposit. The artefacts collected from the mound are bangles of shell and faience, beads of semi-precious stones and chert blades. The terracotta objects included triangular, circular and mustika type cakes, sling balls, various types of toy-cart frames and animal figurines, particularly humped bulls.
